SeenLabs Digital Signage Pricing & Packages
How much does SeenLabs digital signage cost? This page explains how pricing works for the cloud CMS license, hardware devices, and managed services in one place.
SeenLabs pricing covers three layers: - the cloud license that controls every screen, - the hardware you deploy on site, - and optional services that turn the network into a fully managed channel.
You can start with a single device for a pilot or design a full digital signage network across locations.
Cloud License – Base Layer
The cloud license is the base layer of our digital signage pricing. SeenLabs runs on a subscription model per
media player.
One license controls one media player; that player can drive one or more screens through splitters. This keeps the effective cost per screen low while giving you clean control over where content plays.
Every active license includes:
- Cloud CMS for scheduling content by location, daypart, campaign and screen group
- Central control of playlists, user roles and device groups across all venues
- Software updates, security patches and remote device monitoring
- Standard technical support during business hours
- Compatibility with both SeenLabs hardware and qualified commercial displays
Pricing scales with the number of players and contract term.
Tell us how many locations and screens you plan to run, and we’ll map you to the right license tier.
Hardware Options – Products You Can Buy
On top of the cloud license, you can add turnkey hardware packages. Each package includes a commercial-grade display, a preconfigured media player with SeenLabs CMS, and mounting / cabling matched to the use case.
These are the main hardware products customers typically ask about.
Digital Table-tent
Countertop digital signage display for close-range engagement in restaurants, cafes, banking, hospitality and reception areas.
- 10–11" touch screen, engineered for always-on use
- Stable base for counters, tables and check-in desks
- Typical use cases: digital menu and upsell, cross-sell offers, surveys, wayfinding, QR journeys
When to choose it? You want a compact digital surface on every table or counter that can quietly sell, educate and collect data without needing a full wall display.
Car Rooftop LED
Vehicle-mounted LED panels for mobile advertising and citywide campaigns.
- High-brightness LED cabinets with pixel pitch options for different viewing distances
- Aerodynamic roof mounts for common sedan and SUV types
- Power from the vehicle electrical system, controlled by a SeenLabs media player with 4G/LTE connectivity
- Optional geotagged proof-of-play and route reporting
When to choose it? You want a movable media layer over a fleet of cars that can run targeted campaigns by city, route or time of day.
Dual-sided LCD
Double-sided LCD for windows, corridors and high-traffic walkways with audiences on both sides.
- One side optimized for indoor viewing, the other for window-facing traffic
- Ceiling-mounted or floor-stand configurations
- Ideal for malls, galleries, large lobbies and transit corridors
- Runs from the same SeenLabs media player as your other displays
When to choose it? You need one device to talk to people inside the venue and to people passing by from the street or hallway.
Hand-sanitizer Kiosk
Freestanding sanitizing station with an integrated digital signage display.
- Dispenser for sanitizer with usage counter and refill alerts
- Built-in screen for safety messaging, navigation and promotions
- Designed for hospitals, clinics, corporate offices and public buildings
- Supports both static and motion content managed via SeenLabs CMS
When to choose it? You want to combine hygiene infrastructure with clear, visible messaging in every entrance, lobby or corridor.
Custom hardware note
Need wall-mounted video walls, outdoor LEDs or other digital signage formats?
Share photos or plans of your site and we’ll specify the right commercial displays and media players for the job.

Optional Service Modules
Most teams don’t want to run a digital signage network alone.
SeenLabs offers service modules that sit on top of your license and hardware and transfer day-to-day work to our specialists.
Indicative ranges are used during scoping; final pricing follows your footprint and timelines.
You can treat these modules as add-ons to your package: pick only what you need today and expand as the network grows.
Also, you can launch with basic support only and add service modules later, or build a fully managed program from day one.
Custom Signage Design
Brand-aligned layouts and motion assets for menus, promos, corporate messaging and wayfinding, delivered as templates inside your SeenLabs CMS.
On-Site Installation & Training
Physical installation of screens and media players, network validation, and live training sessions for managers and staff on how to run the system.
Custom UI/UX for Interactive Devices
Tailored flows for Digital Table-tents, kiosks and touch-enabled LCDs: navigation, forms, configurators, surveys and lead capture.
Managed CMS Operations
SeenLabs operates your CMS as a managed service: user and role management, content approvals, schedule management, rollout calendars and release hygiene.
Advanced Analytics Package
Impression estimates, dwell time, audience breakdowns and proof-of-play reports for internal stakeholders and advertisers.
Extended Support Plan
24/7 incident channel, tighter SLAs, proactive health checks and recurring reviews of content and device performance.

Start Small, Scale Without Penalty
Pilot-friendly model
You don’t have to sign a nationwide contract on day one.
SeenLabs is structured so that pilots and first purchases are a step toward your long-term network, not a dead end.
Two typical paths:
- Buy a product or small pilot kit.
You purchase, for example, a handful of Digital Table-tents or a single Rooftop LED unit, plus the licenses required to run them. The goal is to test content, workflows and impact in the real world. - Convert the pilot into a full network.
Once the pilot proves out, we design the full deployment by site, format and service level. The investment you’ve already made in SeenLabs hardware and licenses is credited into the new project, and you pay the difference up to the agreed network pricing.
Result: you can move fast, prove value on the ground and then scale without “throw-away” spend.

Efficient & Flexible
Purchase a single license for one media player, and connect an unlimited number of screens via a splitter. Simplify your setup while maximizing the impact of your digital signage.

FAQ Section
What is included in SeenLabs digital signage pricing?
Pricing always combines three layers: the cloud license per media player, the hardware devices you deploy on site, and any service modules you choose to add.
Can we use screens we already have?
In many cases yes. If your existing displays meet commercial requirements, we can connect them via SeenLabs media players and licenses. When 24/7 duty cycles or specific brightness levels are required, we recommend hardware specified or supplied by SeenLabs.
What support is included by default?
Standard licenses include remote monitoring of media players, software updates and troubleshooting during business hours. Networks that require 24/7 coverage or strict SLAs can add the Extended Support Plan.
How do we get an exact quote?
Share your locations, screen types, preferred products and whether you want any service modules. We will return a structured quote that separates licensing, hardware and services so finance and operations can sign off quickly.
