What does this documentation cover?
SeenLabs documentation is written for operators, fleet owners, and partners who manage live networks of screens. Manuals explain how to:
- install and wire devices
- bind players and controllers to the SeenLabs CMS
- schedule campaigns and monitor uptime,
- prepare content in the right formats and resolutions
- diagnose and resolve the most common issues without a service visit
How manuals fit into a SeenLabs rollout
In a typical project, manuals support three stages:
- Pilot and installation – installers follow wiring and mounting instructions while HQ configures the CMS.
- Daily operations – fleet managers and site managers use the CMS guides to schedule content and check device health.
- Support and scale-up – troubleshooting sections help local teams resolve issues quickly, while SeenLabs support handles advanced cases.

Documentation FAQ
Which products are covered by SeenLabs manuals?
Current manuals cover our in-store digital signage platform for TVs and professional displays, and rooftop LED panels for vehicle-mounted campaigns. Additional guides for table-tents, dual-sided LCDs, and sanitizer kiosks are rolled out together with each deployment.
Who are these manuals written for?
They are written for technical and operational roles: installers, fleet managers, franchise partners, and internal communication teams. Each guide assumes you already have a SeenLabs account or project in place.
How do I get help beyond the manuals?
If a manual does not answer your question, contact SeenLabs support or your account manager. For active fleets and multi-site networks we can prepare project-specific SOPs and training sessions.
Are the manuals relevant outside the United States?
Yes. The hardware and CMS work across regions. Where regulations differ (for example, vehicle mounting or brightness limits), your local integrator will supply the country-specific steps on top of these core manuals.
