Use this time to make decisions, not collect “general information”. Typical topics we cover:

  • CMS and analytics requirements, integrations and roles

  • budget ranges and where to start without overcommitting

By the end of the call you have a proposed architecture, first rollout step and a clear list of follow-ups.

Who Should Join the Call

We recommend bringing people who will actually own the rollout:

  • a decision-maker (owner, CEO, VP or director level)
  • an operator (operations, marketing, retail or CX lead)
  • IT / facilities if you already have strict network or hardware standards

How the Consultation Works

  1. Share basics – in the booking form, tell us your industry, number of locations and what you want screens to change.
  2. Pick a time – choose a 30-minute slot in your time zone. We are based in Glendale, CA (UTC-08:00), but work with US and international teams.
  3. Get a follow-up plan – after the call you receive a short summary: recommended setup, first phase scope and next steps for budget and timing.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The 30-minute consultation is free and focused on scoping. If we both see fit, we move to a paid rollout and service agreement.

Do I have to be in the US?

No. SeenLabs is headquartered in Glendale, CA and serves clients across the US and selected international markets. We clarify regions and delivery options during the call.

What do I need to prepare before the call?

 At minimum: number of locations, rough screen ideas, key goals and an approximate budget band. If you already have existing screens or a CMS, note their models and vendor.
